How Our Studio Works

Season Calendar
- Timesters: Fall (Sept-Dec) Winter (Jan-May) Summer (June-August)
- Fall Trimester focuses on building strength, technique, conditioning, and a strong foundation of skills. Winter Trimester shifts into show choreography, utilizing and refining the skills developed during the fall. Summer Trimester is dedicated to maintaining and elevating technique—making it the ideal time to focus on individualized goals, growth, and exploration, plus fun and inspiring summer camps!

Studio Policies (The Basics)
Attendance
- Let us know if you’ll miss a class—make-ups available!
Drop-Off/Pick-Up
- Please arrive on time.
- Parents can wait in our lobby or drop off and pick up.
- Younger classes have Zoom links available.
Refunds & Make-Ups
- No refunds for missed classes.
- Make-ups are available in a similar level and age-appropriate class.
Tuition & Fees
- All dancers must maintain a valid credit/debit card or ACH payment method on file at all times.
- Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and continues through May (season concludes with the May 16th recital).
- Parents have 24/7 access to individual accounts for payments.
- Tuition may also be paid by cash or check before the 1st.
- Late payments are subject to applicable late fees.
- Dancers without a valid payment method risk losing their spot in class.
- No refunds for missed classes, costumes, or changes in plans after registration. All registration fees and tuition are non-refundable.
- To drop a class, submit a written drop request at least 2 weeks before the first day of the upcoming month. Otherwise, tuition will be charged for the following month.
- Summer camps, workshops, events, and tickets are also non-refundable. Credits may be issued at studio discretion for future use.
- Fees include: monthly tuition, costume fees ($85 per recital class), recital fee ($35 per family, includes a media link to the recital).
- All fees are posted to your account and auto-drafted on due dates. Unpaid balances are subject to late fees. Costumes are not ordered until all fees are paid (late payment may cause delays or extra shipping costs).
- Dancers are responsible for required shoes, tights, and any necessary alterations.
Recital for all Winter Trimester classes will take place on Saturday, May 16th at the Freeport Performing Arts Center (30 Holbrook Street, Freeport). Tickets will be available for purchase in the spring, along with detailed information regarding parking, dress rehearsal, show-day expectations, preparations, and a full show lineup outlining which performance(s) your child will be in. We can’t wait to share this special day and the magic of recital with your family!
